Explore the Data Backbone

Two ways in: the platform that carries the plant's data from the shop floor to the cloud, and the automotive line built on top of it. — สองทางเข้า: แกนกลางข้อมูล และส่วนขยายสำหรับสายการผลิตยานยนต์

Act 1

The Foundation — รากฐาน

Signal from the machines flows up through Ignition at the edge and in the DMZ — collected and historized — into HighByte, which maintains the Unified Namespace, then on to Snowflake and AWS IoT Core. Select any i to explore that system.

Act 2

The Art of the Possible — สิ่งที่ทำได้เมื่อมี backbone

With the backbone in place, HighByte connects the on-prem plant to the AWS cloud — straight into Snowflake for analytics, and through AWS IoT Core to distribute data to enterprise applications. An AI layer both builds the platform and answers across it. Select any i to explore.

Live Automotive Scenario

Four factories. Two vehicle streams. One connected operation.

Components and powertrain feed passenger and commercial assembly, then converge at distribution.

Body panels & chassis components

Feeds both vehicle assembly factories

Coils and castings become the common parts used across the product family. This is the deepest instrumented plant in the demo because its repetitive machines create the strongest OEE, condition-monitoring, and energy story.

  • Outer and inner stamped body panels
  • Crossmembers, brackets, and suspension parts
  • Machined hubs and structural components

Propulsion modules, ready for marriage

Feeds the passenger and commercial lines by sequenced delivery

This factory produces conventional and electrified modules, then publishes a serial and test certificate before shipment to final assembly.

  • Gasoline and diesel engine assemblies
  • Hybrid transaxles and e‑axles
  • Battery modules and end-of-line test records

Sedans, hatchbacks & crossovers

Flexible line for ICE, hybrid, and compact EV variants

Stamped panels arrive in sequence, the body is welded and painted, and the ordered powertrain is married to a VIN in final assembly. The line ends with inspection, software configuration, and complete genealogy for every vehicle.

  • Compact and midsize passenger cars
  • Urban crossovers and hybrid derivatives
  • VIN genealogy from body shop to final QA

Pickups, SUVs & fleet vehicles

High-mix line built around frame, cab, and body variants

This separate assembly factory gives the demo a second product stream. It receives common components but runs different routing, takt, and quality tests from the passenger line.

  • Single- and double-cab pickup variants
  • Ladder-frame SUVs and utility vehicles
  • Fleet, export, and electrified derivatives

One release point for both product streams

Finished-goods yard, domestic dispatch, and export staging

The tour closes where the two assembly streams converge. Vehicles are quality-released, yard-positioned, and dispatched against dealer or export orders, while their full build record remains traceable through the same backbone.

  • Finished-vehicle yard and slot management
  • Dealer allocation and domestic transport
  • Port staging, customs, and export handoff
