โรงกลั่นตัวอย่าง (ต้นแบบ) — จากสัญญาณกระบวนการ สู่คำเตือนล่วงหน้า

A working end-to-end data path on a simulated crude distillation unit. A developing equipment fault is carried from the process, through the Unified Namespace, into Nova Studio — where an early warning is raised days before any alarm limit is crossed.

What the prototype runs · left to right
01
Process simulator
Generates the unit's process and equipment signals, including the developing pump fault.
02
OPC UA
Exposes every simulated tag through a standard industrial server, as a real control system would.
03
HighByte Intelligence Hub
Reads OPC UA, models raw tags into named asset objects and publishes them.
04
UNS (MQTT)
One Unified Namespace topic tree every consumer subscribes to — no point-to-point links.
05
Timebase historian + Snowflake
High-rate history for trends; governed tables in the warehouse for rules and reporting.
06
Nova Studio
Evaluates the early-warning rule and shows the case to the people who act on it.
The story

A crude charge pump starts to fail — quietly

On the crude distillation unit CDU-A, crude charge pump P-101A develops a problem in its drive-end (DE) bearing. Nothing trips and no alarm sounds: the readings drift, slowly, well inside their alarm limits.

Nova Studio watches the same signals through the UNS and raises early warning EW-0001 days before an alarm limit is crossed — while there is still time to plan the repair instead of reacting to a trip.

EW-0001 · rule1-OF-2
Raised when either condition holds:
  1. DE bearing vibration above its ISO 10816 zone alarm level, held for 24 h; or
  2. Seal pot pressure above 2.0 barg, held for 12 h.
One condition → advisoryBoth hold → escalated to high

Replay or live. The 3D overview and the live P&ID both run in REPLAY mode by default, playing back a recorded run. Open either one with ?uns=wss://… pointing at the prototype's MQTT-over-WebSocket broker and it switches to LIVE · UNS, subscribing to proto/tags/<tagId>. If the broker cannot be reached, the page falls back to replay automatically.
